Referencing: SCO Site Attacked Again
According to Netcraft, SCO runs Apache on Linux (though they have run BSD in the past), so I guess their being hacked isn't an ironic comment on their own OS security - though the fact that it is apparently running Linux is probably comment enough.
The people who did this are idiots. Activities like this don't help sell Linux to business.
Amusingly, in March 2011, SCO is apparently running their site on.. wait for it... SCO Unix!
Now THAT is a dumb thing to do! I wonder if the new owners (UnXis Group) will continue that foolishness long.
Got something to add? Send me email.

Anyone who slaps a 'this page is best viewed with Browser X' label on a Web page appears to be yearning for the bad old days, before the Web, when you had very little chance of reading a document written on another computer, another word processor, or another network. (Tim Berners-Lee)
