-remote production system.
-Dial-in access only -(US robotics 56)
-After minumal uptime, I get "init: respawning too rapidly" on console. - system needs hard-booted for me to dial-in again. Once I'm in, there are no clues.

SCO.com says to check for duplidate entries in:
inittab
init.base
init.d

I found:
Se1A:234:respawn:/etc/getty -t15 tty1A o
appearing in both inittab and ../init.d/sio

Is this a problem? This is the only duplicate entry.
