Using Jing for support I've explained before that I often use "Skitch" for support purposes. That can be very helpful, but sometimes it isn't quite enough: sometimes I really need to SHOW someone how to do something with their computer - where to click, what will happen when they click. I need a movie of the on-screen actions.
17,000 Net Illiterates Can't be Wrong! Amazing as it may seem, over 17,000 visitors arrived here last month by way of Internet Explorer 6 or worse. I'm not amazed that there are 17,000 people still using crappy old browsers, but it is astonishing that any of them looked at more than one page here.
Microsoft objects to unfair play Japan, China, and South Korea have plans to develop their own OS (probably Open Source) so that they won't have to buy Microsoft. As you might expect, Microsoft, always the champion of fairness, honesty, and competitive environments, doesn't like the idea
