Don't buy a Mac A month or so back one of my computerless neighbors told me that he and his wife were ready to join the Internet Age and asked if I'd be willing to give him some advice. Of course I said yes, and told him to call me as he got closer to actual purchase.
10 things I don't like about my Mac OK, calm down, I love my Mac. But I'm not blind with love: there are things I do not like.
I can't get to the Internet! The other morning one of my neighbors called saying "I don't know what I did, but I can't get to the Internet any more". Earlier last week a customer called saying "DNS isn't working". Both of them were wrong.
