That was the year that was

The year 2008 has a few hours to run as I write this, but I don't expect a lot of visitors today, so it's a reasonable enough time to wrap things up and call it a year.

First, some stats. This table is the "Top Content" report for 2008, give or take the few extra views that will come in today:

Note that those figures are slightly less than the figures I show at the bottom of each page; Google Analytics can't count a view if Javascript is disabled and does not count its own accesses. I count all page loads, regardless.

For the year, Analytics reports 2,853,966 Pageviews and 2,528,146 Unique Views. That's a lot of page peeping!
