that there is a memory dump image in the swap device that scrolls

PROBLEM: If you attempt to connect to a VisionFS host with a valid
username and password from an NT 4 box with Service Pack 3,
4 or 5 installed, you get a dialog box:

PROBLEM: I have Windows 98, or I have installed the Microsoft encrypted
password patch SECUPD.EXE, SECUPD2.EXE or NWREDUP4.EXE on my
Windows 95 PC. Now when I try to connect to a VisionFS share
with a valid username and password, I get this error message:

PROBLEM: When I try to telnet to my OpenServer 5.0.6 system, I get the
following message and I don't get the chance to enter my login
and password:
Trying [IP address]...
Connected to voyager.sco.COM.
Escape character is '^]'.
Connection closed by foreign host.
When I try to rlogin to the machine, I see the following:
voyager.sco.COM closed connection
However, I can log into the OpenServer 5.0.6 system directly on the
console. Also, I can telnet and rlogin out of the machine to other
systems.
Looking in the syslog file, I see an error message similar to:
Nov 16 13:17:04 voyager inetd[1344]: smp_check_user: user root not
found, Not on system console: No such file or directory

PROBLEM: When logging in to SCO OpenServer, I get delays of about
30 seconds, after supplying a user name and before the
Password: prompt appears. I can also see that a ttys-t
temporary file has been left in the /etc/auth/system
directory.
The following entries appear in /usr/adm/syslog:
failed to read terminal control database entry
can't rewrite terminal control entry
cannot obtain database information on this terminal

PROBLEM: After sending a remote print job to an SCO OpenServer 5.0.5 or
later system, I've noticed that the job stays in the OpenServer
print queue for at least 30 seconds before it starts printing.
Previous versions of OpenServer did not have this delay.
