Subject: Assign IP to User account

I'm looking for a way to allow a User to log on only from a specific IP using Telnet. If the User tries to log on from any other IP with his Username, he will not be logged on.
Is there a way to set this up?

Sure. See the "If you can't kill it, wrap it" section of http://aplawrence.com/Security/general.html

But ssh is a better way..
