Do you have the Strong Encryption Supplement installed?
Unless something has changed recently, you need to install it to use
4.77.  The SES is/was available from SCO and did/does require a license
which used to cost $20.00.

I believe the most recent netscape version you can use without the SES
is 4.73 which has only 56bit encryption and is available here: =
