Restrict access to specific printer

SCO uses Sys V and LPD printing. To restrict access, you can use /usr/lib/lpadmin -p printername -u deny:jim,fred,sam or (if it's easier) /usr/lib/lpadmin -p printername -u allow:root,tom,john

Or use "mkdev lp", select the printer, move to Settings->Advanced->Users and do it there, though that takes much longer..

If folks are restricted who should not be, look in /usr/spool/lp/admins/lp/printers. Each printer has a directory there, and you'll find the actual allow and deny files. Edit or remove them as appropriate.
