Here is something in perl which I wrote and use. It has a few files
for accepting and rejecting criteria, it checks headers, checks the
first 10 lines of body, and prompts for "yes" to delete off of server.

Just modify the criteria files to add those you want to receive from.

I was using "popsneaker" which was a c program which pretty much did
everything except check the body, so I did my own in Perl, because
nowadays you have to check the actual body.
