What a tangled mess. Canopy is an umbrella company that owns (among other things) Caldera and SCO. This suit is over DR-DOS, and includes allegations that Novell wanted Canopy to sue Microsoft. If you can read the Groklaw article and understand it without taking notes, your brain is working better than mine is.
