The link above expresses some concern about Microsoft dominating the VoIP market. I view it more as Microsoft desperately trying to extend its reach. I think they are more likely to fail miserably than dominate.

@loudmouthman: well, a digital signature could prove it hadn't been altered. Text is no more insecure than anything else in that sense.
