Todos is an application launcher with a rather different twist: it shows you everything in your application folder. It's sort of a super dock with smaller icons. Running apps have a green box drawn around them, and everything else is just there, in alphabetical order. Mouse over an icon to identify the app if you don't recognize it.
At first glance, I thought this was so pointless that I almost didn't bother to download it. I think I still feel that way, but amusingly enough, Todos showed me some apps I didn't even know I had. I suppose that's worth something. And all those Mac icons are pretty, though I don't like that Todos defaults to fading to translucence while remaining on top of your other windows. I find that distracting and annoying.
However, you can put that away and Todos still sits ready in your menu bar or can be recalled with a hot key. You can control which apps get displayed, too.
Well, not for me, but someone else may like it. Maybe you.

Many of the products and books I review are things I purchased for my own use. Some were given to me specifically for the purpose of reviewing them. I resell or can earn commissions from the sale of some of these items. Links within these pages may be affiliate links that pay me for referring you to them. That's mostly insignificant amounts of money; whenever it is not I have made my relationship plain. I also may own stock in companies mentioned here. If you have any question, please do feel free to contact me.
Specific links that take you to pages that allow you to purchase the item I reviewed are very likely to pay me a commission. Many of the books I review were given to me by the publishers specifically for the purpose of writing a review. These gifts and referral fees do not affect my opinions; I often give bad reviews anyway.
